This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in the quiet s/ingle family Laurel Ridge subdivision. It is minutes to Monkey Junction and the beaches and is in the Anderson, Murray and Ashley school districts. Veterans Park is just across the street from the subdivision. The house offers approximately 1100 square feet of living space with all new flooring throughout (this project is currently underway so pictures DO NOT represent the finished product). There is a screened in back porch with an attached storage room, a large uncovered patio for relaxing under the awesome trees, and a separate storage building for all of life's "extras." The back yard currently has a fence but it is old and will likely not be replaced if damaged or if it falls. There is a sprinkler system and well on site and the tenant is responsible for providing power to the system for running but will not incur any water/waste charges from the sprinkler system. A washer and dryer are included. There is a $35 application fee PER APPLICANT and a credit check will be performed. Pets may be considered with a non refundable security deposit. There will be a $1500 security deposit, first month's rent and a signed 2 year lease due prior to move in. We are looking for a single family to make our house their home.
