Utilities will add an additional $350 per month (gas, electric, water, trash, internet) making total monthly rent $1800. I figure that's easier than the disconnection/reconnection process in tenants name for that time but I am open to discussing that if someone would like. This is my personal home I need to rent out while I travel for work. I need someone respectful, clean and who does not use drugs or have alcohol issues. Forest like, fenced in back yard perfect for a dog. Great neighbors in the very safe and lovely Woodlawn/Sunset Park neighborhood. Beautiful front deck and side yard for watching birds, drinking your morning coffee or hanging out for a glass with a friend. There is laundry in the house, a dishwasher, central air and heat. I will have 1 room closed off for my personal items but the rest of the house is yours! Perfect for film in industry or traveling nurses (the home is just over a mile to the main hospital and even closer to medical district). 2.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington, walk the 4.5 mile loop around gorgeous Greenfield Lake, just a block away. Will do credit check, reference check and require a deposit. Also want to ad here that the $300 utilities package is my current Winter average for 1 person. Adding more people will increase the gas and water bill so may bump the UP amount in that case.
