Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) developing and coordinating one of the following programs:
natural resources management program, environmental stewardship program, recreation program, flood risk management programs, water supply program, hydropower program, and policies for multi-purpose projects, with other federal, state, and local government entities, 2) exercising principal leadership and directing a subordinate staff of supervisors and carries out personnel management responsibilities to ensure productivity and efficient use of resources, and 3) utilizing subordinate supervisors to direct, coordinate, or oversee work of non-supervisory employees. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
