Staff Accountant
Responsibilities include general Accounting, and HR Functions, with a specific focus on Accounts Receivable. Other areas of focus include payroll, vacation/ sick tracking, 401K management, credit management, collections, filing, month end closing duties, bank reconciliations, project, operational and sales reporting, and ad hoc projects to support the overall organization. Demonstrates attention to detail, initiative, creativity, and problem solving skills. This person also needs to have excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and the willingness to work in a team environment for a small, but growing company.
Ideal Candidate would have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and 2
years of Accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment. PHR Certification is preferred, but not required.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP Accounting System
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
