Trust Investment Officer - Private WealthThe Trust Investment Officer will perform fiduciaryoversight functions of all third-party Investment Advisors to whom JTC Delawaredelegates investment authority.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Complete initial due diligence and preparation of Advisor Review Form for new Advisors being presented for approval. Ensure that all new account investment document requirements are met, including IPS, management agreements, etc. Evaluate IPS for proper investment goals and asset allocation. Complete Annual Advisor Review due diligence & spreadsheet to be presented to oversight committee. Complete Semi-Annual Advisor Performance review & spreadsheet to be presented oversight committee. Maintain accurate contact information for each Advisor in CRM, including access to third party platforms. Complete Initial Investment Review for each delegated trust account. Complete Annual Investment Review for each delegated trust account. Perform operational duties in relation to unique and special assets including establishing cusips, receiving and delivering assets onto and off of the system, valuation updates and documentation collection. Perform operational duties in support of the Delaware office, as needed. Prepare reports responsive to regulatory examination and audit requests. Generate ad hoc reports from trust accounting system. Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group's policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group's core values and expected behaviours. Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation. Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures. Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours. Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Experience working with high-net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and families. Ability to effectively monitor and manage investment oversight responsibilities for trust clients. Experience in operational, tax and fiduciary activities in relation to unique and special assets held in trust. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, used to working in a hands-on role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Working knowledge of risk related matters in a trust investment and fiduciary context. Strong administration and organisational skills. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
