Bonuses & Commission Structure Primary Roles and Responsibilities 1. Project Initiation aEvaluate and sell projects. bEducate customers on process. 2. Project Planning aIdentify and document project scope of work. bReview estimates. cObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate. dReview budgets. 3. Project Execution aCreate project schedule and timeline. bIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers. cNegotiate terms and set expectations. dPerform periodic reviews to evaluate their performance. 4. Staff Management aManage individual employees/ subcontractors who work together to process reconstruction projects. bConduct regular meetings with reconstruction team. 5. Customer Satisfaction aBe responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience. bManage all warranty activities.
