This individual will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities. Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, promptly and professionally.

  • Generate outbound sales calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct follow up communications.

  • Qualify leads and gather necessary information to assess customer needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate closely with sales managers and team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Automotive
    Experience:
    1 year (Preferred)

  • Lead generation. (Required)

  • CRM software (Required)

  • Automotive Sales (Required)



Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long term customer relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Goal oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
