Overview:
You will join a high-energy and fast-paced team that supports Lowes Foods To Go our online ordering program that guests call life-changingAs a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your guests, and over time, building relationships with guests so you can understand their needs and preferencesThis position will give you an opportunity to be directly involved in the companys fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the areas of eCommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retailYou will also support creative marketing and outreach programs that help achieve eCommerce goals for your storeThe ideal candidate is naturally outgoing and energetic, and is capable of having positive and genuine interactions with Lowes Foods guests.
Responsibilities:
1Pick guests orders based on operational guidelines and best practices2Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner3Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out orders4Properly greet and review orders with guests5Effectively and safely handle, bagging, and loading of orders6Record any variances on guest pick list7Maintain appropriate records applicable to position and LFTG and transmit data as scheduled8Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software9Maintain LFTG station including all equipment10Communicate any service issues with support resources and store management11Conduct in-store promotion of program12Periodically assist and/or conduct marketing within the community13Provide in-store guest service as needed(bagging, help locating product, cleaning)14Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times15All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
1Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality2Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely3Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints4Ability to lift 25 lbsconsistently and 50 lbsoccasionally5Ability to read and understand information and take direction6Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time7Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision8Ability to work well with (or learn how work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills9Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of our Guest Service team#LI-CP1 Recommended Skills Customer Relationship Management E Commerce Friendliness Hardworking And Dedicated Information Technology Maintenance Apply to this job.
