Job Description:
Auto Detailers are responsible for keeping our dealership's vehicles looking their BEST.
They have a good eye for detail when cleaning, polishing, and waxing the exterior of all vehicles, as well as detailing the interiors.

Schedule:
Full Time, rotating shifts 7:
30am-4:
00pm or 11:
30am-8:
00pm (business hours Monday - Saturday), closed on Sundays.
Pay Range:
$17 per hour and above (based on job performance).

Responsibilities:
Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and floor mats.
Polish and buff the exterior of vehicles.
Remove dirt, dust, grease, tar, and other contaminants from the vehicle using specialized tools and cleaning supplies.
Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces.
Apply wax to the exterior of the vehicle.
Clean, detail, and paint engine compartment.
Apply protective coatings and treatments to paint and chrome.
Make minor repairs to the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Clean and detail wheels and tires.
Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed when using chemicals and other materials.
Participate in required training.
Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrate the Company's Core Values.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Experience in auto detailing, including washing, waxing, and buffing.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment such as buffers, polishers, and steam cleaners.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow safety protocols.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
