If you have a passion for customer service and a flair for creating an exceptional dining experience, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!Job Responsibilities Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels, pricing, and quality control Manage and coordinate catering services for events and functions Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage services Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and promote the food and beverage products Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction Negotiate contracts and partnerships with suppliers and vendors Manage and oversee staff to ensure efficient operation of food and beverage services Train and supervise food and beverage staff in customer service, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profits Monitor liquor costs and establish limits to control spending Work with the executive chef to create menus and manage food costs Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry Proven ability to successfully manage and lead a team Ability to create and implement innovative menu and beverage concepts Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Strong budgeting and financial management skills Understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques PI227222504 Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Financial Management Foods Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
