Trillium has a career opening for a Practice Management Consultant-Value-Based Purchasing to join our Practice Management Team.
As a Value-Based Purchasing Practice Management Consultant, you will assist in the implementation and monitoring of the organization's Value-Based-Payment initiatives (VBP).
On a typical day, you might:
Develop relationships with contracted providers to aid in finding opportunities in financial and quality performance to support VBP partners in value-based arrangements.
Work with internal departments to build strategies related to the management and development of Trillium's Provider Network.
Assess, design, and develop innovative reporting tools to measure, monitor, and communicate member outcomes to internal and external stakeholders by defining and identifying key performance indicators.
Educate providers to ensure they understand the importance of performance measures and how those measures can directly affect positive outcomes for members.

Qualifications:
Education/
Experience:
Required - Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health Administration field and four (4) years of experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations (operations and/or member-facing), or experience in healthcare operations, member-facing or policy experience.
Experience with data analysis and use of reporting tools required.
Working knowledge of value-based purchasing, value-based care and/or alternative payment model concepts required.
ORBachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health Administration field and two (2) years of experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations (operations and/or member-facing), or experience in healthcare operations, member-facing or policy experience.
Experience with data analysis and use of reporting tools required.
Working knowledge of value-based purchasing, value-based care and/or alternative payment model concepts required.
OREquivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred
Experience:
(if applicable) Experience in a managed care organization / environment or healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of population health management, medical expense and quality performance analysis preferred.
Working knowledge of relevant evidence-based and best practices preferred.
Proficient in standard office software, and project management tools preferred.
Working knowledge of the Health Care Payment and Learning Action Network (HCP-LAN) and Alternative Payment Models (APM) preferred.
