Customer Marketing and Analytics Manager

The Database Marketing Analyst will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and Analytics, and be responsible for developing reports, working with large sets of customer and related transaction data to provide analysis and insights that drive customer marketing plans and growth of multi-channel consumers at REEDS Jewelers. The qualified candidate has a depth of experience in analyzing customer data and uses analysis and reporting to support direct marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities Independently creates customer marketing measurement plans/methodology designs Proactively identifies analyses to perform in order to grow REEDS Jewelers through direct customer marketing tactics like email, direct mail, catalog and other personalized communications Develops acquisition- and retention-oriented KPIs and dashboards to ensure that the REEDS commerce teams are focusing on the right tasks to grow customer count and value. Merges and analyzes multiple data sources to analyze acquisition and retentions, drawing from the data strategic insights from which recommendations for marketing actions can be drawn Independently creates presentations of performance data and recommendations Subject matter expert in multiple analytics tools and customer analysis in digital media, direct mail and catalogs Creates compelling and easy-to-understand data visualizations Compiles benchmark information and uses analytics to recommend opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency Liaises with business leaders to set customer analytics priorities Investigates known issues and changes to KPIs/trends Develops analysis to define and understand behavior of customer segments to deliver insight on improving CAC and LTV KPIs Analysis and frequent review of customer segments and how they migrate through the customer lifecycle Successfully communicates complex ideas to leadership and business teams Able to generate conclusions based on insights from customer data and make solid recommendations based on learnings Helps develop testing strategies, helping to implement the strategy and evaluate the success of the test Able to evaluate business performance related to customer activity and make recommendations Able to structure and solve ambiguous business situations Leverages past business experience to create additional value to business decisions Requirements Driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills A solid understanding of financial concepts and general business analysis related to customer acquisition and retention Demonstrated strong proficiency at advanced level in Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of SQL or the ability to query/join/transform data in a relational database Knowledge of Omni-channel commerce, digital and direct marketing as it relates to customer activity, including the use of Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, CSE, Email, Display Advertising, Direct Mail, Catalog, etc. to grow count and value of REEDS customers Strong problem solving, customer database analysis and quantitative skills Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously Team-oriented work ethic 4-7 years professional experience Degree in an analytics subject matter preferred (mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, etc.) This position is eligible for working remotely, though Eastern and Central time zones preferred Benefits REEDS Jewelers offers full-time employees a comprehensive compensation program that includes, medical, prescription, dental, life and long-term disability insurance as well as 401k, merchandise discounts, career growth and a drug free workplace.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
