Ambucor Health Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Clinical Operations Manager. Ambucor, a division of The Scottcare Corporation, a Scott Fetzer Company, is a leading provider of consultative and contracted Ambulatory Electrocardiography (AECG) and remote Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device (CIED) management services for cardiology practices and hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Ambucor, including personnel management, customer complaint resolution, customer billing, and facilities management. He/she will work collaboratively with clinical department managers and IT staff to ensure efficient delivery of services to meet customer satisfaction and company revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the clinical services manager to ensure efficient delivery of clinical services to meet revenue goals. Establish and maintain a customer complaint management system. Work with the clinical service managers to ensure timely resolution of complaints. Manage the development of monthly client billing reports and deliver to the company controller. Facilitate management of all human resources in the Ambucor organization, including performance management, resolving employee issues, hiring and training. Support the company payroll function by administering time sheets and managing employee time off. Facilitate the implementation of company policies and procedures, including employee code of conduct. Responsible for the Ambucor facility, including office supplies and services. Ensure that the records are well maintained, up-to-date, compliant, and meet company retention policies. Regularly report on company operations to senior management. Supervise an administrative and billing staff.
Job requirements:
BS/BA degree in clinical, business or related field. 10
years of operations management experience in a clinical/medical service business. Extensive supervisory experience required. Experienced in customer complaint handling and resolution. Knowledge and experience in accounting, budgeting and customer billing. Ability to measure and improve team productivity and performance. Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and interviewing skills. Good understanding of the healthcare environment, including CMS reimbursement regulations. Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
